I believe that people should be able to get the help they need, so I try to make  the logistics of getting counseling as easy and convenient as possible. I provide  the following to make it easier for you…

  • Office appointments for adults, teens, and children ages 5 and up in Wilmington
  • Online sessions for those residing throughout the states of North Carolina and Missouri. These sessions are take place via doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant video counseling platform. Online counseling is a great option for busy professionals or moms who have logistical difficulties making it to their therapist’s office. It is also a great option for those in areas which would require a long commute or to expand your options of counselors
  • If you are looking for something a little different, I offer walk and talk therapy, outside of the physical constraints of the office setting.  You can reap the benefits of exercise and connecting with nature during your therapy time! Please ask about this if you are interested.
  • Online scheduling and an online HIPAA compliant client portal, through which you can email me, fill out paperwork, and pay your balance, available 24/7

I also believe that limitations on what you can pay for therapy should not keep you from starting therapy, therefore, I am a member Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. Open Path is a program to help those who are uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise unable to pay full market therapy rates, receive services from qualified mental health professionals.  You can begin the registration process with Open Path here.
