My approach to counseling is individualized and client centered, tailored to your needs and abilities.  I recognize that relational, emotional, physical, and spiritual factors all play significant roles in a person’s well being, and I will work with you to get these aspects of your life in balance, as well as coordinate treatment with other  professionals as needed.

I maintain Professional Counseling Licenses in the states of North Carolina (#11433) and Missouri  (#2004020675).  During my experience, consisting of over 15 years in the behavioral health field, I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and families, of varying ages  and backgrounds.

I completed my Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University in 2003 and maintained a private practice in St. Louis County, MO, from 2004 until my family relocated in 2014.  My clientele consist of children and adults of all ages who are dealing with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
